一.片式散热器产品型号表示方法
 

 说明:使用环境代号,正常使用环境为I类,湿热带气候使用环境为II类,
 沿海及重污染环境为III类,分别用I、II、III表示。
 Illustration: for environmental code, it is indicated by I, II and III. For common environment, use class I; for tropical rainy climate area, use class II;
 for coastal and heavy polluted areas, use class III. 
 
 
二、.片式散热器规格  Specification of finned radiators

四、  允许偏差Allowable deviation

    1) 散热器中心距允许偏差±1.0mm;
    2) 散热器上、下集油管端面或管接头法兰密封面应在同一平面上,其平面度允许偏差不大于±2mm;管接头法兰密封面与集油管应垂直,其垂直度允许偏差不大于集油管长度的0.3%;
    3) 散热器六面体的每一面两对角线长度之差应不超过其对角线长度的0.3%;
 4) 散热器的片间距离允许偏差小于±1.5mm,首、末片间累计偏差小于±5mm。
 1.For center distance of radiator: ±1.0mm;
 2.The upper and bottom surface of oil header or sealing surface for fitting flange should be in the same plane. The allowable deviation of 
    the flatness should not excess±2mm; The flange sealing surface should be perpendicular to the end surface of oil header. The allowable
    deviation of perpendicularity should be not over 0.3% of the oil header length;
 3.The length difference of the diagonal line on each surface for the radiator should not be over 0.3% of the length for the diagonal line;
 4.The allowable deviation of the distance between each radiator plate should be less than ±1.5mm and the accumulated deviation from 
    first to last plate should be less than ±5mm.
 
五、散热片的主要材质    Main materials of radiators

1、钢板材质选用:DC01、DC03型普通碳素钢板材,符GB /T 5213标准相关要求或等同要求的其它板材(如
      SPCC、SPCD等);
2、钢板厚度:1.0mm、1.2mm;当中心距为3000mm及以上时,应选用1.2mm厚度;
3、集油管管材质选用:Q215、Q235等牌号或更高性能的低压流体输送用焊接钢管,符合GB/T 3091标准相关
     要求;和采用20牌号的输送流体用无缝钢管,符合GB/T 8163标准相关要求。集油管管径为:Φ88.9mm(3 
     inch)x4mm和Φ114.3mm(4 inch)x4.5mm;
4、法兰材质选用Q235型A、B级钢,低温地区(-20℃)应使用B级或者更高要求的钢材,符合JB/T 5213及相
      关标准的要求;
5、表面防腐可使用:油性漆、水性漆、热浸锌、热浸锌+外漆;
6、表面涂层的厚度:常规不小于80μm ,特殊厚度根据用户要求。
1.For steel pate: DC01 and DC03 plain carbon steel according to related requirements of GB/T 5213 or other plates accordant with 
   equivalent requirements (e.g. SPCC, SPCD and so on);
2.For the thickness of steel plate: 1.0mm and 1.2mm; when the central distance is 3000mm or longer, then the thickness of 1.2mm should 
   be applied;
3.For oil header: Q215, Q235 or welded steel pipe for low pressure service with higher performance which are accordant with related 
   requirements of GB/T 3091; and Grade 20 seamless steel pipes for liquid service which is accordant with requirements from GB/T 8163. 
   The bore diameter of oil header should beΦ88.9mm(3inch)x4mm or Φ114.3mm(4inch)x4.5mm;
4.For flange, use Q235 steel with class A or class B; in low temperature area (-20℃), please use class B or higher performance steel which
   should be accordant with JB/T 5213 and related requirements;
5.For surface anticorrosion: please select oil base paint, water paint, galvanizing, or galvanizing + finish coat;
6.For the thickness of finish coat: normally should not less than 80μm. Special thickness should be made according to the requirements 
   from customers.


六、检测要求    Inspection requirements 

1、外观检查:几何尺寸及偏差符合技术要求;片式散热器表面处理符合用户对使用环境的要求。漆膜均匀、光
     泽、不应有脱皮、流痕、堆积。对镀锌表面,要求锌层均匀、光泽,不应有锌瘤等缺陷。
2、内部冲洗效果检测 :冲洗设备应符合工艺相关要求。冲洗过程应断续进行,推荐正反向进行,间断期间,用
      磁性搜索法清理不低于200目尼龙过滤袋中的杂质,直到连续冲洗40min后无杂质,并且冲洗完成后流出的变
      压器油耐压值不低于35kV。
3、密封性能试验:将散热器上的放油(气)塞座以及法兰口进行有效密封,在放油(气)塞或法兰盖板上设计
     并安装专用的加气装置。在试验过程中,当气压加至规定值后,将散热器整体浸入水中,经适当摇晃散热器
     排除空气,静置到规定时间后,仔细观察有无气泡产生并冒出,观察的重点部位是各焊接处。
4、漆(锌)膜厚度检验:散热器表面取五点,分别测量漆膜厚度,五点漆膜厚度的平均值应满足客户涂层技术
     条件要求。各点漆膜厚度与五点漆膜厚度平均值之间的相差不得大于10%。
5、真空强度试验:用真空计测量真空压力,试验时应逐渐提高真空压力。应在不充油状态下进行,绝对压强不
     大于133Pa,持续时间不大于40h。
6、散热性能试验:按JB/T5347的规定进行。
7、寿命试验:按JB/T5347的规定进行。
1.For visual inspection: the geometric dimension and deviations should be accordant with technical requirements; the surface treatment
   of finned radiators should meet the environmental requirements from customers. The paint film should be uniform and has glaze. Peeling,
   flow mark or clad layers are not allowed. For the galvanized surface, it requires that the zinc coating should be uniform and have glaze
   without defects such as list edge.
2.For the inspection of internal flushing: the flushing equipment should be accordant with related process requirements. The flushing
  process should be implemented with interruptions. It is recommended forward and backward flushing. During the interruption period,
  use the magnetic search method to clean over 200 mesh impurities in filter bag. Continuously flush 40 minutes until there is no impurity
   and pressure resistance &#118alue for the oil frm transformer is not less than 35KV.
3.For sealing performance test: First effectively seal the radiator’s plug adaptor for oil (gas) discharging and flange end and then install
   special air charging device on the oil (gas) discharging plug or flange cover. During the test, first add pressure to regulated &#118alue and
   then immerse the radiator completely in water. After appropriate shaking to exclude air, keep it to the required time. Then check whether
   bubbles emerge or not esp. in each welding areas.
4.For the inspection of painting (zinc) film thickness: take 5 points from the surface of radiators, and separately check their film
  thicknesses. The average &#118alue of above mentioned 5 points should reach the requirements from customers. The difference of film
   thickness between each point should not excess 10%. 
5.For the vacuum strength test: Check the vacuum pressure by vacuum gauge. During the test, vacuum pressure should be increased
   gradually. This test should be applied under the situation without oil charging. The absolute pressure &#118alue should not be over 133Pa
   and the whole test duration is not more than 40h.
6.For the test of heat dissipation performance: Implement according to JB/T534.
7.For the test of service life: Implement according to JB/T5347.


七、标志、包装、运输及储存   Label, packing, transporation and storage

1) 每台产品标有:制造厂名、标准代号、产品型号、出厂序号、出厂日期。
2) 每批产品附有:产品合格证、产品安装使用说明书、出厂试验报告。
3) 根据用户要求,对于220kV及以上变压器使用的片式散热器应在注入20kPa~30kPa的干燥空气(露点-40℃以下)或高纯氮气条件下储存和运输。储存时间不应超过6个月。
4)包装有木包装、铁架包装。包装牢固,端口处有防雨水措施。
5)  不应在非吊装位置吊取产品。
6) 包装及运输捆绑时,捆绑绳索不应与片式散热器的边角直接接触,不应叠放4台以上。
7) 片式散热器在运输摆放时,包装间应有50mm以上的间距,产品之间在运输中不应发生磕碰。
1.Each product should be with label indicated manufacture name, standard no., product type, series code and production date.
2.Each batch should be with product certificate, product installation and usage manual and final test report.
3.According to customer requirements, for the finned radiator used on 220KV or above transformers, it should be input 20kPa~30kPa dry 
   air (dew point below -40℃) or high purity nitrogen during storage and transportation. The storage duration should not exceed 6 months.
4.For package, there are two options: wooden or metal frame. Strong package and measurements for water proof at ends should be  
   applied.
5.Hanging products should be made in lifting positions.
6.When packing and bundling for the transportation, the hanging rope should not directly contact the edges of finned radiators. When 
   piling up, total quantity should not be over 4 sets. 
7.During the transportation, when laying radiators, the distance between each package should be over 50mm to avoid the clash.

八、安装使用: Install and use:

1、散热器安装前请去除集流管口端盖;可拆式散热器安装时请按照上下集流管进行区分安装。
2、散热器组间距请不要小于50mm,下集流管中心与地面应保持适当高度,以利于空气对流。
3、固定式散热器安装:根据集流管外径尺寸及中心距尺寸在变压器油箱侧壁上开孔,将散热器直接焊接在油箱外
     侧,应在油箱外侧施焊,切勿在内侧施焊,以防焊渣等异物进入散热器内部。
4、可拆式散热器安装:
(1)请按所选散热器中心距尺寸、散热器组间距尺寸及法兰尺寸,在变压器油箱上配接法兰接口,及选用适当橡胶密封垫、螺栓、螺母、垫圈,同样根据组间距,及散热器连接板Φ14长孔配

制拉板、螺母、螺栓、垫圈。
(2)安装时,通过吊钩吊起散热器,对好上下法兰,垫正密封垫,上好固定螺栓,并将相邻散热器用拉板固定。
(3)注油时,应拧紧放油塞,将放气塞打开,待放气孔有油溢出时,再将放气塞拧紧。
(4)当采用底吹风冷时,下集流管有悬挂风机所用的支架(自冷式不带支架),每二组散热器悬挂一台风机。
(5)当采用侧吹风冷时,请将风机安装固定在变压器邮箱的适当位置,风机位置见图六所示。

1.Please remove the end cover of collecting pipe of radiator before installing;When installing the set up radiator ,pay attention to
   distinguish the upper and lower collecting pipes.
2.The space between radiator units shall not be less than 50mm,and the center of lower collecting pipe shall keep certain height with the
   floor in order for convection of air.
3.The installation of fixed type radiator :make a hole on the side wall of transformers tank according to the outside dimension of collecting
  pipe an center distance ,weld the radiator directly to the outside of the tank,and do not weld it to the inside of the tank in case some
   foreign matters  like welding slag shall enter the inside of the radiator .  
4.Installation of set up type radiator:
(1)Please connect a flange interface according to the center distance of radiator ,space distance between radiator units and flange
  dimension ,and choose proper rubber gaskets ,bolts,nuts,and choose draw plates,nuts,bolts and washers according to the space
    distance and the slot with diameter of 14 of the joint plate of radiator.
(2)When installing,draw up the radiator with hook to aim for the upper and lower flange,put the gasket rightly,screw up the fix screw,and
 fix the consecutive radiators with joint plate .
 (3)When oiling,shall screw down the the oil discharge plug,open the air exhausting plug,after some oil overflows from the air exhausting 
     plug,screw down the air exhausting plug.
 (4)When taking bottom blowing for cooling,the lower collecting pipe shall be equipped with the support for hanging the air fan(whereas the
     self cooling type doesn't have it );hang a air fan at the second group of radiator.
 (5)When taking side blowing for cooling,please fix the air fan at the proper position of the transformer tank.Please refer to the Figure 6 for
     the air fan position.

九、注意事项:  Notices:
(1)运输、安装、冲洗时,应谨慎操作,不得将散热片的油道碰瘪、损坏。
(2)安装前如需进行密封性检验,其试验压力(内压)不得超过140Kpa,持续时间20min。
(1)Be cautious during transportation ,installation and flushing,and do not dent and damage the radiator.
(2)Should the sealing performance test be carried out before installation,the test pressure (internal pressure)shall not exceed   
    140Kpa.duration twenty mins.
